If you haven't been... Or even if you have, you need to get there! Plan to wait to be seated. It's worth the wait. Best buckwheat pancakes and sausage patties that I've ever had. And the pancakes are...All you can eat!

Light flavor, soft pancakes. Not gritty at all, incredible recipe for buckwheat. Long line to get in, so get there early if you want to skip that wait, but definitely still go. They make their own maple syrup too, and it tastes great. You can buy it if you like, and even tour their syrup facility. It's not a giant facility but it is a cute walk through for the family. If you're looking for a local hidden gem, this is one of them.

Amazing place to go for a family gathering! The food is delicious and the homemade syrup is out of this world. The wait times are pretty decent depending on the time of day and month you go. I've been going here for years with my family and I always leave with a huge smile and a full stomach!

A gem of a restaurant worth the drive through the rolling hills of rural western NY state! All you can eat buckwheat pancakes and pure maple syrup in a warm and friendly atmosphere. They’ve really perfected their operation, as the pancakes are actually light and fluffy and tasty, the syrup is also light and of course delicious, and the service is fast and personable despite a high customer volume. Country and antique decor, syrup producing facilities downstairs, amply stocked gift shop and some brief history of local maple syrup production dating back to the native Americans of the area are enjoyed by a mix of locals and tourists and makes eating here an event and experience to share and remember.

Only open about 8 weeks from February to the beginning of April 6 days a week closed on Monday.... A great place to visit to give some independent restaurant owners some business in this short time frame.... Homemade light maple syrup on the table all you can eat buckwheat pancakes light and fluffy.... Wait staff are so friendly coffee never ran dry pancakes never ran empty.... This is a must-placed visit at least once.... Also a small little gift shop pretty neat stuff inside....

Quick service, friendly server, great little country restaurant, excellent food quality, reasonably priced. If you want a nice ride through the back roads, small towns, and an overall good time, this is the place to go. Even the little ones enjoyed it. They have a small store area where you can get Maple syrup, Buckwheat pancake mix, etc.. and Maple tree Restaurant souvenirs.

I LOVE this place the pancakes were delicious and the maple syrup was the best ever. I ate 7 pancakes when my mom ate 4!Even though this place is not too convenient for me with a very long drive, the ride was worth it. The service was very nice despite having over 100 people in the restaurant. My mom said it was very old fashioned (Which it is a little) but they did pretty good with the walls and the decor was really quaint (I can still tell even though I’m a kid) and I left full and tired.

Had passed this place in the past but saw it on TikTok and headed out there to eat their all-you-can-eat pancakes during maple season with my wife. Service is excellent and the atmosphere is friendly. Only weirdness is that the maple syrup provided on the table was strangely watery. Still tasted like the real stuff, though. Had a lot of fun.
